Meet Our Team Members
Lisa Kane, DMD, President and Owner
Lisa assists dental practices in complying with the myriad of regulations and best practices promulgated by State dental boards, OSHA and the CDC. Lisa conducts office walk-throughs; creates customized plans and protocols for dental offices; teaches infection control, medical emergency and risk management classes; and provides consulting services to help offices improve their quality care and overall efficiency. Prior to forming DOC4NE, she practiced dentistry in the Greater Boston Area for over 20 years. Lisa received her DMD from Tufts University School of Medicine and her BS from Brandeis University.

Russell Kane, JD, Chief Operating Officer
Russell manages DOC4NE’s operations as well as provides compliance services, with a focus on HIPAA and risk management. Russell spent the majority of his career in the financial services industry, where he served as both a mutual fund Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of a global asset management firm. He has extensive experience with helping clients understand applicable laws and regulations and drafting required plans and protocols. Russell received his BA from Columbia University and his JD from New York University School of Law.

Glenn Wolfset, Office Administrator
Glenn is the office administrator for DOC4NE and also helps coordinate meetings and classes with dental office clients. He has a wealth of knowledge, having previously spent a 35-year accounting and operational career in the financial services industry. He also likes to volunteer his time at a local animal shelter and local theater. Glenn received his BA from Clark University.

Adam Wolfset, Senior Compliance Consultant
Adam is the Senior Compliance Consultant, managing our compliance portal, CPR Program and working on site with clients to ensure complete regulatory compliance. He has a customer service background having spent time in Quality Assurance at major health plan provider. Adam loves to travel and spend time with his miniature pug, Princess. Adam received his BA from University of Massachusetts – Amherst.

Janet Barrett, Office Manager
Janet is the office manager for DOC4NE, helping coordinate appointments and classes with clients. Janet is a proactive mental health advocate, speaker, and writer. She spends her free time with her 4 kids and dog. Janet holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Williams James College

Dental Office Compliance of New England has been a great find for an easy way to help our office maintain our compliance.
